Easy to operate, and components are readily available, but for a complete evaluation, I'd need to wait until the warranty expires.

Easy to operate, wireless connection, decent printing speed, weight, and it seems the cost per copy is good too. The servicing, in terms of refilling the inks, is also nice. Compact bottles, simple refilling. No toner boxes.
A minor drawback, which isn't a huge deal, is that there's only one tray for all formats (A6, A5, A4). If you switch between formats, you constantly have to swap the paper.

I needed a colour printer for printing things for the kids. It scans slowly, so if I don't need a nice scan, I'd rather use a scan-to-PDF app on my phone or my old printer. Otherwise, it prints nicely, it also takes a little while, but it's manageable :)
Can be refilled
The colours are a reasonable price.
Scans slowly, so in the end I'd rather use my old printer.

For £2,300 on offer and with cashback, it was an unbeatable purchase. I recommend doing the initial setup via the HP app on your phone; then you'll have it all done within 30 mins, including installing the print heads and filling the ink. The HP app itself for printing is a real tragedy, but luckily the default print function works in most programmes on PC. From a phone, most printing goes through foreign servers, so your data is almost certainly being collected for AI training at the very least. There's so much ink included in the box that I believe I won't have to worry about it for another 3 years. Satisfied so far.

Automatic double-sided printing
Loads of ink in the package

For the cashback, they want an unreasonable amount of your personal data

I've only just got it up and running and printed a few things, but what pleasantly surprised me is the build quality. It seems quite robust to me and, like any printer, it's obviously cased in plastic. The print quality is great in my opinion (after setting it up, you need to print a few pages with a lot of colour to get the ink into all the heads).

In the app, when setting things up, it's sometimes not entirely clear, but with a YouTube tutorial it's not a problem.
