Printer bought under cashback. For the money, it's unbeatable. It has inexpensive printing and also inexpensive print heads. The automatic duplex is missing, the manual one is a bit unintelligible.
The printer takes a long time to prepare the print and scan (about 30 seconds). The printing and scanning itself are already reasonably long.
What I will criticize is the filling with paper from the top. For dumber people, this is exactly where pencils, paper clips, and other odds and ends fall, creating a paper stretching problem that requires printer disassembly.
The second part of the criticism moves to the operating software, which is cumbersome, slow, and not entirely reliable. I've known worse (Canon for example), but this is really sub-par.
Overall, however, I would recommend it. Especially with cashback.

Considering it only cost me a grand (2000 off plus HP cashback of 1000), I don't have much to complain about and I give it 5*. If I were to take it at the original price of 3500, I would fault it mainly (as with many other printers) for installation and "smart" communication. One would expect that nowadays devices permanently connected to the home Wifi would be no problem to connect to the network and further operate via mobile, printers (incl. this one) but among all other electronics in this respect they have, let's say, a "specific mood".
