We've had an HP Envy in the past and have been completely satisfied, so it was the obvious choice even now when buying and we didn't look elsewhere. Very nice bright elegant design. The fact that it's flip-able is great, everything really fits together and works beautifully, and it was a big draw for us due to the fact that we didn't have a flip-able ntb yet. There is nothing to fault with that. Despite the lack of a numeric keypad, we went for it. Of course, every model is different and there were a few disappointments here. I don't consider the anti-reflective screen to be anti-reflective, it's very glossy and reflects quite a bit. Of course, this makes it good to work on when you're working with touch/touch. But for me it was distracting, especially when even the lowest brightness level was sometimes too much for me, e.g. when working late and wanting to save my eyesight, while on my original laptop it was the opposite. But this is really about everyone's preferences. The sound failed, I don't know if I received a defective piece, I didn't adjust it in any way, so maybe it's a matter of fiddling with it, but the way it came out - a really ugly fuzzy, and I don't think we're being demanding. But we were still determined to accept everything as it was. Dealbreaker occurred after the first day of use when it started to get angry and unresponsive to something. This seemed to me after such a short time of use a total red flag. If after x months of use, I don't say a word, I restart, but not right away at the first light work. Furthermore, on the first day of work, my windows fell down 3 times, I don't know if I hit something, but I was not aware of it myself. so that made me nervous, too. Very quickly, however, she ran back in a second. So I rate it average, when user-wise it was user-friendly and pleasant to work on it, it is presentable, however, I was surprised in some respect by the system as it worked and a certain lack of trust in it and therefore I deduct 2 stars.
