A problematic product from the start. Complex application for PC and mobile Internet - the user interface is annoying, the user is repeatedly logged out during prolonged inactivity (you cannot print anything without logging in to the user account), everything is tedious. I can really deal with any problem on a PC, but this is too much for me - what about a completely ordinary user who can' t help himself. After the warranty period, the buttons on the printer stopped working, which are indispensable if you want to connect the printer to wifi. If you do not connect the printer to wifi, its operation is problematic. The result is that the printer does not print because it cannot be connected to wifi based on the button not working. It ignores the cable (despite the fact that it was necessary to set up printing via the cable in the PC in a complicated way, it only worked for a few weeks). Bottom line - this product is really just for the hell of it! If you care about your mental health and don' t want to turn gray prematurely, buy a Canon or Epson = much more music for the same money.
