looks pretty nice
beeps, flashes and lights up nicely - but you'll never know what it wants
Printer disconnects from wifi, about once a month I have to reconnect and setup
After a year of using Instant ink I want to cancel it, and I can't. Can't log out of HP Smart, they want you to have the HP Smart app installed, even though it's supposed to support AirPrint
The printer often reports an error, but doesn't say what it is, you don't know if it's paper jammed, door open, or what it wants. won't say
HP smart app is complete sh*t! I've never seen a bigger atrocity.
it's been written here before, when there's a problem with the printer, you don't know what the problem is, but Instant Ink offers it about 3 times a minute!
I would mention the software again!

See. cons and although it's still under warranty, it will probably go to the scrap heap. Next time I'm going back to the XEROX multifunction, where I am 100% satisfied.

VERY VERY expensive operation
Resists non-original cartridges, does not print
The software is a monstrosity itself, when you click on the status of consumables it pops up 1000 times repeatedly that you have to subscribe to a flat rate for ink, but you don't learn anything about the status of the cartridges inserted
The software sometimes sees the printer, but usually not
With empty ink cartridges, it reports that it is ready, "prints" but comes out clean paper, or just dirty with the ink that is still left
Wireless connectivity is pretty much a ghost in this printer
HP's attempt to sell a printer for a monthly ink bailout
I really regret buying this stuff, HP never again !
