We are satisfied with the washing machine as such. But we had a hard time with the installation - there was no Czech manual included, nor was there one on the Alza or Hoover website (there is now, the Alza customer service person helped us). Even with the Czech instructions, my husband played with the installation for a few days, and of course this was not the first washing machine he plugged in. A Hoover service center employee helped him over the phone. And when the washing machine was already washing, it sometimes scared us by the fact that after the washing the code 5by appeared on the display, which we thought was an error message, and it is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. So another call to the Hoover service centre (228 889 422), where we were told that it was just a notification that the washing machine had switched itself off after it had finished washing. Phew.
It washes well, is spacious and quiet.
Difficulty with installation, insufficient instructions.
