Quality workmanship
Better than more expensive models from leatherman or catepillar or gerber
The Phillips screwdriver could be coarser.
The scissors open spontaneously, but it's only possible with this one piece. I'm buying an extra one, so hopefully it won't be there.

Apart from the philips screwdriver, it's amazingly good for a $10 tool. The scissors are absolutely great. The pliers are good and relatively comfortable in hand. Both blades were sharp from the factory.
If you plan on using the sheath, bear in mind that the tool fits properly only in one specific position, which is counter intuitive. Otherwise various edges get stuck in the fabric when taking it out.
