The device doesn't display correctly.
The numbers at the top of the display aren't showing, especially in the top right-hand corner.

The controls are quite complicated, I couldn't get the phone control to work.
Even though I was sitting still during the measurement with my arm relaxed by my side, it reported various errors from E2 to E4, like 10 times in a row.
It indicated low batteries, even though I changed them 3 times for brand new ones, and it still showed this even when powered via the adaptor.
Last week, it required the date and time to be set every time it was switched on and then reported an error anyway.
I've sent it back under warranty, still waiting for the outcome.

I'm thinking of returning it. Compared to the Omron M6 comfort, this is an uncomfortable measurement because it forgives air for a very long time. If you plug the adapter into the socket of the device first and then into the socket, the time and date will be reset each time, even if the device has charged batteries. The other way around is fine.
Measures accurately
Adapter in the package
The display does not show the whole display for a while
Time and date often resets, very annoying
Long release time 20-30 sec
The application often does not transfer the data
