The unbleached ones are totally useless in my opinion. All the fruitiness and acidity of the coffee is gone. I thought it would be a small difference that could be made up by changing the grind or technique, but it just wasn't. I have Kenya at home now, which smells absolutely beautiful on normal filters and is extremely fruity, but with the unbleached filters no matter what I do, I just can't squeeze any fruit out of the coffee.
