So far no problem during the week of sleeping in the tent, not even with punctures. I wouldn't be afraid of punctures on grass with a car mattress, but I wouldn't risk it on worse surfaces.
I'm satisfied. Easy to inflate and deflate, tapered in the legs, which is better if you're putting your mattress in a gill. There is then more leg room in the bag and the bag does not drag.
