For the lenovo legion 7, a reduction of 2 degrees was measured, and after 2 hours it was again 2 more than without. for another laptop probably nice but a pity those fans so close to the table.

The fans are a few mm above the table so it doesn' t blow much
Cooling there a bit is but definitely not 10 degrees as in the review on youtube
