unpacked piece did not work, after complaint/exchange for another one it is ok.
I tried it in several locations (different apartment buildings) and somewhere it didn't work (in my home it did) - I found out that it has to do with galvanic separation of the wiring, because if I galvanically separated not only the live (middle) wire but also the shielding it worked normally.
