I have a complicated apartment shape, the furthest points are 18m apart. Direct visibility is basically non-existent. I placed the wifi in the lowered ceiling and now I have a connection anywhere, cell phones and smart outlets, with no dropouts. A mesh system with three connection points is sufficient even with a reserve.
