Synergistic combination of D3 and K.
The D3 content may be too high for the general population.
Too bad it is a powder in a capsule, vitamin D is fat soluble, so I would prefer a capsule filled with vitamins dissolved in oil. I recommend taking it together with fish oil (omega-3, etc. ).
