I like protein the most as a sprinkle on red fruit smoothie bowls. It's worse with the consistency in the protein shake, when it really slightly scratches the throat (as they write in other reviews). Personally, though, I don't think it's such a horror that this protein deserves 1 star from local reviewers. Just set it with 50% more water and it will scrape less.
