The consistency is perfect, it is not thin at all, it seems only because of the fat that settles on the surface as with any 100% araside butter. You just need to stir it properly. I am very satisfied with the taste, nothing to complain about. I used to buy only 100% butters from DM, but they are half the price, and the consistency is exactly the same. So I highly recommend it 🙂

They've changed the packaging, it's no longer in glass but in a plastic jar.
Plastic packaging.

The new shape of the container absolutely top! Finally, the whole can be mixed evenly so that no hardened residue remains at the bottom. Also, the constricted throat no longer interferes.

Butter is good, long experience. However, shipping to AlzaBox is usually 50:50 lately. Suddenly the butter falls out immediately after unlocking the box door-you have no chance of catching it. Dealt with Alza support, but it doesn't look like a fix has been agreed-maybe wrap the jar so it doesn't roll out.

I've tried a few manufacturers and it certainly wasn't bad, but it wasn't great enough to single it out either. I'd rank it as average.
