I didn't believe it, but it really works.
The yoghurt is not quite the same as from the store, it is richer (it says so in the instructions), but it is good.
It was a gift and a pleasure.
Beware, the lids of the glasses do not have rubber bands, so they do not leak completely. This is something to take into account when you throw yoghurt in your snack bag.
