I worked 10 hours/day on the PC and it didn' t seem to me that they would help me against eye fatigue from the monitor. Rather, I was more tired with them than without them. So I would consider them just " sunglasses/image glasses" rather than " gaming/office glasses". Good except against the white lighting in the building, but that' s about it.
