Don't like the taste of erythritol on its own? In my opinion, it's worth trying it combined with stevia. Here are 3 reasons why I use it instead of regular sugar: 1) I'm losing weight - I'm trying to cut down on unnecessary calories, and erythritol helps me with that.
2) I'm lazy - I don't want to make tea or flavoured water every day.
3) Unfortunately, I don't like the taste of plain water - I can't drink as much of it as I'd like without any flavouring. That's why I use sweeteners like erythritol and stevia instead of sugar. I personally combine them, and I find the resulting taste is significantly better than when using erythritol alone. I specifically use (Allnature Stevia tablets 1000 pcs), which I got from Alza. I usually put 2 stevia tablets and 2 teaspoons of erythritol in my drink. I much prefer the taste this way. The stevia lasted me over a year, whereas I buy erythritol quite often. So, I definitely recommend trying the combination.
