Somehow I don't know if it's doing anything to me at all, as soon as I really can't fall asleep I take a capsule, swallow it, put on a sleep mask but I still fall asleep for an hour, two or even three and the change is nowhere, so I don't know if it's me or the product.
From the sense of why melatonin utilize I have 4/4 reasons why. (Lots of blue light, even though I have my blue light glasses on all the time.), recently the time change, disturbed sleep I have now as I can't fall asleep and then it's hard to get up, and when does one not have a stressful period right? D)
anyway, I can't say if the product works or not. But the price is a bargain
There will probably be some people for whom it doesn't help much or maybe not at all, but if you have sleep problems that you don't want to deal with prescription pills and at the same time herbal mixtures don't help much, I definitely recommend at least trying it. The price compared to the supplements from the pharmacy is very friendly, at least compared to what I bought there
