From the Orion constellation of the Grande series, this is our second piece of cookware and we can't complain at all.
I have been instructed how to handle this wok pan, so I heat it gradually to prevent the bottom from bulging. We have also tried frying steaks in it, although it is not recommended. The truth is that harmful substances are released from the non-stick surface only at 260°C, which we can never achieve. The oil temperature is only 180°C.
For the price, a bomb!
