We are completely satisfied with the fridge. A lot of people have told me that it will bother me that it's not hooked up to water, but the water container in the fridge is big enough and really doesn't need to be refilled that often (there are two of us in the household). Don't be alarmed at the instructions - it's not really for water connection. In about 12 hours, it starts making ice when the freezer is set to minus 18 degrees. You won't read that in the instructions.
