I wanted to buy a little better than I had before. But unfortunately a big disappointment, I purchased mainly for gluten-free bread. It doesn't knead the dough properly, even with a smaller ratio of ingredients the dough rises so much that it opens the lid... and with the price of the ingredients it's a crying shame... I've tried baking several times but it's impossible to bake good bread!
