The camera is super compact and mechanically at a good level. Electrically, it's worse. Unfortunately, its amazing values from the description are not easy to use in real life. Using it at higher resolutions and qualities means extremely shortened battery life (they generally don't have very convincing battery life and there are big differences even between individual battery packs) and what is much worse, it overheats! This has the effect of turning off the camera when you logically need it to be running. That's a big problem. Don't count on intensive use of the higher video qualities unless you want to shoot only short clips of a few seconds to minutes. The situation underwater or when the camera is surrounded by air is significantly better.
