This is our first experience with pixel and I have to say that it is very positive in principle. We used to use Xiaomi exclusively, but they don't know what they want for it either, so I tried elsewhere and I don't regret it, especially the camera is great
Excellent photos
Beautiful colour
The gift was a great joy
System speed
Fits well in the hand
Lighter than it looks
Expensive larger storage
High accessory prices
Could be cheaper

I tried the Pixel 'a' series for the first time instead of the 'normal' series and I'm not disappointed at all. I bought it at a time when the Pixel 11 was already on the market, and I have no regrets. A MUCH lower price and I didn't actually miss out on anything. Pixel rarely makes any revolution (and if they do, it's usually for the worse, like when they tried to remove the fingerprint sensor), so you can easily buy 'two generations back' and save a lot of money on what is essentially the same phone. And given their policy of long-term software support, it doesn't matter. By 'the same' I mean 'equally good' – Pixel maintains its quality over the long term (apart from a few exceptions) and they usually make changes cautiously.
Very good price for a Pixel.
The forks look good enough, the image stabilisation works.
Long software support.
Unlike other manufacturers, there are relatively few pre-installed apps.
Forced Google apps that I don't need, but which cannot be removed.

It makes calls, wakes me up, sends messages, etc.
Clear display in bright sunlight
Narrow, can be operated and used to take photos with one hand.
Not made in China
The 5G, compared to the original 4G on my old phone, hasn't convinced me.
Low battery life
Tezky
The way the calendar is displayed, with no option to change it
The side buttons control the media volume by default, not the ringer volume, which I would have preferred – it's not possible to change this setting. So to adjust the ringer volume, I have to press the side button, click the settings icon that appears with the media volume control, go into the settings for all sounds, and then move the slider for the ringer. It's very impractical compared to Samsung.
