In practice, it takes about 3 minutes to move one 2 GB movie.
In my opinion, the best flash drive to have in your home in large quantities and to use at any time (32 GB) or to lend to someone (16 GB) without worrying if they will return it to you. This larger version is better for uploading a few movies or larger files, but lending to others is better with the 16GB version. I always carry at least one 16GB and 32GB variant.
The write speed is actually always fixed at 10 MB/s, which is good for the purchase price, but beware, it is for large files (not for moving large amounts of small files)
I haven't tested the reading speed, but for anything you'll be doing (viewing files, playing movies, etc. ) is absolutely sufficient.
The material really looks as good as the photo and looks durable.
The square tabs are very nice and hold the flash drive well
The cover holds on very well and definitely does not fall off spontaneously. You need a lot of strength for that.
Price/performance/design best choice for 32 GB
Killing bacteria on a flash drive has its 16GB counterpart, this one on the other hand uses recycled plastic. I didn't care about these factors with both flash drives when I bought them, but as a bonus, great.
The plastic cover looks like two pieces have been glued together and that it should come apart, but I have force tested it and it holds firmly
The square protrusions are great, but if they were on the flash drive itself and not the cap, it would be better, because although the cap holds very well, but this way it looks like the cap won't fall off, but the flash drive will: D
The material slides a lot off the protrusions
Beware, the write speed mentioned in the benefits is quite likely not applicable to moving large amounts of photos, for example, but I haven't checked.
