I don't know, either I'm deaf, but I deliberately paid attention and tested the mentioned - coil whine. I bought a returned card, so I counted on it, and nothing. Tested carefully with dB measurements, so it may not be appropriate to take this as any serious information >: ) Interestingly, the third fan is connected to the second, and the card is only detecting 2F, and the values are probably averaged, or outright ignored: ).

As someone wrote before me, it's probably a quality product in all respects, but it's awfully noisy under load. I don't know if it's coil whine, it's not fans for sure, just some kind of pulsating rushing sound, can't get used to it, I've shaken it off.
