Despite a minor complication when installing into my older board(see minuses) I am satisfied. In Windows it runs passively, because I don't know about it at all. But it doesn't make much noise when playing either.

Powerful enough
When replacing the graphics you need to load Optimized defaults in the BIOS, otherwise it does mischief. For example, it blocked the network card on my motherboard, which scared me at first.
