You would expect a deep fryer baking tray to withstand 200°C, but unfortunately it does not. Within a minute, the paper in the fryer started to burn (burnt holes and charred edges started to appear). I've never had that happen with regular baking paper. The packaging doesn't actually say how many degrees it can be used up to, which is weird. On normal baking paper this information is always given.
