The safety cap, which has to be squeezed first in order to turn it, is very impractical and, given that it is a food supplement, unnecessary. After the first opening, you will also find that the product itself is still sealed in a plastic bag, which is really not easy to remove. Too sweet for my taste, especially when the recommended dosage is 4pcs per day. It is certainly not advisable if you want to support the musculoskeletal system with something, e.g. in weight reduction and/or training.
