Remember to turn the 24 side key counterclockwise while you turn the crank clockwise! The piston is pushed in without force or resistance. Otherwise, the Klitschko will bite and even if you put the pipe on, you won't be able to push the piston in and turn it at the same time; -)

I countersunk a hole in the backing plate and torqued the collar on the lathe a bit and it works every time.
Lots of attachments
I've never been able to put in the brake with the piston out. I always missed a few mm and had to crack the piston with the sikiks.
