excellent revs from 500 so you can even sleep at something around 6Db + closed cabinet is not necessary
Too bad I had to change the fans, it took a lot of work to get the cooler out of the ITX case and return it in about 2 hours and a couple of months again: -(
without blinkers
quiet in idle mode or just surfing
replacement of one fan after two years and the second fan after a few months
It's cooling reliably so far. Amd Ryzen 3700x temperatures under load when all cores are running at 100% do not exceed 70°C. But it probably also depends on the overall airflow of the cabinet. In games, temperatures between 50 and 66 °C.
Easy installation
Temperatures at rest are not that different from temperatures under load. But I don't know, because programs like MSI Afterburner or HWmonitor show temperatures between 40 and 55°C and Ryzen Master shows temperatures between 30 and 40°C. So I don't know where the truth lies.
Probably a stupid question, but why don't they make the radiators wider on the watercoolers so they can have 140mm fans on them?
On ryzen 7 1800X overclocked to 4GHZ in idle is not felt, temperature up to 30°C. Under load approx. 60°C. It is already noticeable, but it is to be expected. I was considering the s36 version for this processor but the s24 is absolutely enough.
Compared to the older Kelvin series the aluminium radiator.
I bought it for my AMD FX 8300, where with the best cooling systems (SilentiumPC Fera 3 HE1224 and Cooler Master Hyper 212) I was reaching temperatures of 52-53 °C when overclocking to 4.2 GHz, which was borderline for my processor. With this cooling I dropped the temperature under load to 40 °C and I overclocked up to 4.6 GHz without any problem and the driver is not running at full speed yet, so for me definitely thumbs up! Bonus nice workmanship and the fans power cable is routed by twisting the hose so nothing gets tangled anywhere, beautiful.
For a while I was staring dumbly at the manual and looking for a plate for my AM3+ socket and I was annoyed that it was missing and there was no mention of it in the manual and parts in the package, until I realized that they counted on the fact that I had a plate from the original boxed AMD cooler somewhere. Luckily, I found her, and then everything was fine.
