I did return the pliers, but I felt nauseous. But unfortunately I needed pliers with adjustable mandrel for one-sided blind nuts and as a hobbyist I can't do much more. However, the workmanship and robustness exceeded my expectations and I would not be afraid to buy from this brand at all.
