I rated the product 4.5 because it lacked any assembly instructions, or at least any installation instructions. Although this is a simple and relatively intuitive operation, it could be installed incorrectly, then fail to brake somewhere and injure yourself or someone else. After all, it is an important part of the wheel = the brakes.
Other reasons for the instructions:
1. For a while I was wondering how exactly to orient the blocks, whether the light part should be forward or backward. It's probably silly, but a simple picture on the cover would suffice (white front)
2. There are 5 components on the axle. When they spill out, you don't have to follow the correct order (you can arrange them by the second log, or the half-smells on the wheel, but again, a simple picture on the packaging would suffice)
