It's a speaker with good sound. As a standalone amplifier it is a bit worse. Suitable for guitars and ukuleles with active electronics or ideally for use with external (e.g. headphone amplifier) or with a wireless system (which amplifies). It doesn't play very well with a passive pickup without a preamp. The built-in reverb effect has a strange echo as if it were a delay.
It doesn't have an EQ for the guitar input, just for the microphone.
It doesn't have an AUX-IN, but since it doesn't modify the guitar input in any way, this can be used instead.
Sounds nice over bluetooth.
The battery and USB-C charging is a big plus (who wants to lug around and swap AAs these days? ) I haven't tested the stamina too much yet, but it seems sufficient for any play. I use it with a Risa Stick Tenor (low-G) ukulele and a Boss Pocket GT headphone amp and it's the perfect portable solution. It also works well with the NUX B-5RC wireless system. If you are considering purely acoustic playing for a smaller number of people, I recommend the Ortega Ptwo Combo.
Excellent sound (with external preamp)
Built-in battery and USB-C power
Bluetooth speaker
Without EQ and amplifier for guitar input
Lousy Reverb
