When it works, it's a blast. With a computer, with a cell phone. with anything. In 80-90% it works, in the remaining 10-20% it starts to "bug". as if to cut (even at a distance within centimetres) without cause, e.g. when you switch from spoken word to music, and just turning it off and on (unplugging it and then pairing it again) helps.
Works with almost anything - even PCs
Volume and sound quality perhaps indistinguishable from a cable connection
It may start chopping when changing songs/soundtracks, then only restarting helps. It's in a minority of cases, but enough that one would rather not use it.
be careful not to "break" the USB when plugging in the jack. On the other hand, one has to push the jack so that it is not just one side playing.

I bought it only to connect the CINCH input of the car stereo to my phone via bluetooth and listen to Spotify. Yes Peugeot 308 SW 2010 has CINCH IN; -)
The best thing I bought for my car was a CINCH-IN car radio so I could have bluetooth and Spotify.

nothing - it's cheap
it happens that it cuts in such a way that the player on the mobile does not want to play and does not even move the position in the song. It has to be pulled out and plugged in
Dull sound, completely lacking in highs.
Interrupting play for half a second from time to time is distracting.

With the Samsung TV I was not very happy with the sound quality - apparently small speakers and flat sound, in some cases worse clarity. Using an adapter, I connected stereo active small speakers with USB power and stereo jack input. The sound quality is now fundamentally better and therefore the BT audio receiver functions good and fine. Just a small note - my Samsung TV has a single USB output, I had to use a hub to power both the adapter and the active speakers.
Easy to set up / pair BT on Samsung TVs
Before buying it I found a review that ruled out using it with a TV, so I was a bit hesitant to buy it, but it was obviously a specific case. The only thing that is a bit annoying, but not an adapter thing, is that the TV always loudly announces connection and disconnection - activation/deactivation of the adapter.
