Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. Please make sure you use a MagSafe-enabled case. Without a MagSafe case, the phone cannot be securely attached to the charger magnets. Please also make sure that you are using a sufficiently powerful adapter with PD support and a power rating of min. 18W.
