In the holder I have a Samsung S20FE in a silicone case. After tightening, the phone holds well. The holder itself, after inserting the plastic insert (there are 2 sizes in the package), also holds on to the handlebars without any problems, and I have a variable frame diameter. So far I have only tested on a solid surface, everything is fine.

Not usable on my motorcycle. It spins on the handlebars, the included extensions are not enough. In the end, I put it on the scooter and used another proven holder. It keeps knocking when driving, because there is clearance in the swivel head. Good for a bike, definitely not for a motorcycle. I don't recommend it at all.
