The lubricant applicator is horrible, you can't lubricate the chain without lubricating the garage floor and rear wheel rim

I would give 3 stars but definitely another star down for the applicator. The manufacturer seems to have used the same hole diameter as the garden sprinkler. The grease has a very thin consistency when applied to the chain, so every time you tilt the bottle it splashes out uncontrollably, not to mention the "nozzle" leaks. It just flows all over the place, just not where it's supposed to. Yes, the solution is to pour the lubricant into a competitor's packaging, but I'd rather buy something else next time. Given the similar experiences of other customers, I don't anticipate having any "Friday Piece".
