Clean, neutral sound when the unit is working correctly.
After exactly two years the left channel is working intermittently. When is working the sound is just cracking, some horrible noise coming from the unit. There is no support in Europe and Fiio is asking to ship the unit to China. That process is complicated and annoying. Multiple users are reporting the same issue. Don't waste your money on this unit.
