Overall, I don't know why so many people recommend it, I don't know if it was delivered to me only inverted, but there was somewhere in the turning that it might break, so I preferred not to try it.

Volume can be increased/decreased directly at the microphone
The microphone sounds terrible, according to my friends it sounds like I'm underwater.
When I tried turning the microphone around, it sounded better but it was the other way around.
