I learned that these racks were not suitable for me. I'll try to save them with plastic shelves, but right now I don't really trust a metal frame to last more than a year or two. the finish on those "plushies" is really not up to par.
at first sight very nice rack
makes good use of a corner of the room in conjunction with other shelves from the system
for use in really low humidity and really lightweight storage
if the rack gets wet, it's over. Both for the shelves and, in time, for the metal part, which changes from zinc to non-zinc quite quickly.
if the rack meets unventilated damp, there is a disgustingly moldy end. It takes a wrecking crew in overalls to summon what's capable of growing on the shelf of a shelf for a habitat.
The shelf load capacity of 175 kg is ridiculously exaggerated. The shelf would have a problem holding 175 kg in the sum of all five shelves, they would all sag anyway

At the beginning, before the first shelves are installed, the shelf bends in various ways and needs to be clamped. Then the other floors are fine.
