Quality workmanship.
Good endurance and light output.
A small caveat - it is already a relatively heavier headlamp and all the weight is in the front - it is not "balanced" by the battery pack on the back of the head. IF you put it on a bike helmet, you may already be quite aware of its weight.
None - what the manufacturer promises, it delivers.

Shines perfectly
Shines a lot even on the weakest and medium mode
Long battery life
At maximum power, it really lasts a while
After using the maximum power for a while, the intensity of the light fades

It shines really well. Although the intensity drops quite noticeably after a relatively short time, it is still sufficient.
Great strap that is really comfortable
Quite light and suitable for running
It cannot be easily removed from the holder and placed on a helmet, for example. The strap has to come out, which is not practical
Buttons are blocked a bit by the holder without tilting to an angle
