They replied dryly that we should take the cabinet to the branch and that there was probably a screw that was not tightened properly. After checking the screws, they said they were happy to replace the door (which was not even the subject of the complaint) as part of maintaining good relations. We have learned a big lesson from this and that it is better to buy furniture from a competitor who really understands their products and we will continue to buy electronics and dog kibble from Alza in particular, as the experience here has been positive so far and they seem to be a bit more qualified for these products. Save yourself the effort and money and pay for a wardrobe, for example, 1 500 CZK more in Jysk, where the wardrobe will last you more than a quarter of a year and you will not have to humiliate yourself during the complaint.
