Unfortunately, I tried two of these cameras and both had the same problem. The connection is extremely unstable. The camera reports “Connection successful” and “Platform registration successful”, but in reality it doesn't load the video and you can't configure anything. I spent several long hours on this, including wrapping the camera in aluminium foil to force the APN network setup. After setting up the APN, the camera works normally for a little while, but after the first time it's switched off, it again appears to be connected, yet it's impossible to load the stream or change any settings. It's an extremely unreliable device. I consider this a design/firmware flaw. I was also in contact with EZVIZ support and they were unable to help me with the problem.
