Protein has a good taste, even though whey is whey. If you use it for heat treatment, there is no solubility problem. In cold water, it forms a little bit of clumps. Some people are afraid that it smells of meat or blood - not really: )
terrible discomfort, prickling in the muscles, like some kind of illness. I've tried it a few times, I'll give it to someone. I've never had that happen with any of them, I've eaten a lot of protein in 30 years. I've never had a beef, though.
