For my training I like that it is a gradual release protein, there are not many similar quality ones. I had it before, then I tried WEIDER which is the top but it tasted worse dissolved in water than this one, even the consistency was subjectively worse, then of course the price. Someone writes that this one is sweet, it really depends on what you mix it in. This particular Extrifit Long 80 Multiprotein tastes really great in water with a corresponding sweetness, but when you mix it with milk it is too sweet. Maybe it's the fact that it's chocolate coconut flavour, if it was pure chocolate it probably wouldn't be so sweet.
