The stapler staples, you need to buy staples/pliers that are exactly designed for it (Extol). The locking latch occasionally snaps on its own, it needs to be taped over when it interferes too much. It is also a fine piece of fitness equipment, they could easily have it in the fitness category.
Unfortunately, I returned it because it is useless for work. And not even for hobby work. Two squeezes won't fire anything, then three crumpled clips at once, then again maybe twice correctly and then nothing again. Absolutely useless, which is a shame, the workmanship is great. Tested 2 types of original Extool clips.
I have the second one and it stopped working after several hundred staples were applied. The buckles are still jamming now, just like the first one.
