For the price, you have to admit that it's more of a toy than a working tool. Professional gun cutters cost around a hundred.
To a certain extent, this cutter is good for cutting out smaller details such as rounded edges, and you shouldn't be afraid to put it in the hands of children. The design is lightweight, plastic, and the cutter itself is separate from the power cord (adapter) to which it connects.
The cutter has interchangeable heads, but apart from the classic cutting arc I found the others unnecessary. They couldn't get hot enough and are just for sort of burning pictures into the polystyrene block rather than actually cutting it.
The cutting wire is quickly missed and the same thickness (0.4 mm? ), otherwise it cannot warm up sufficiently. Testing with a stronger power supply didn't help either.
