As you unpack the bed, don't get scared like I did😅 It comes vacuum packed and what I unpacked was far from a bed. After about an hour, it puffed up nicely and looks very nice. It's not tested yet, our Sandy will have it under the tree, but it looks really good and I believe it will be very comfortable: )
